FCT had to travel via Singapore for some strange reason and arrived in Brisbane only yesterday morning. Hopefully they recover ok. Looking forward to watching a couple of (ex) F.Marinos boys in the ACL.

It'll be interesting to see FC Tokyo vs Brisbane match, out of all the Australian clubs they actually play a nice fluent passing game. I've heard FC Tokyo will be missing a couple of key players though.

First 15 mins they were passing the ball like Barcelona, Great to watch. Just not scoring when they are on top, just like the first half sat. Hopefully they come away with at least a point.

Brisbane also missing one of their key players, Mitch Nichols.

FC Tokyo dominating so far. Funnily enough I think the fact Brisbane don't play in the air took one of their only advantages away from them.

Gamba look a mess. Suppose it's a new coach, but still wow. Hardly seen them go forward (except just then lol).

It never ceases to amaze me how this guy has never been replaced, forget about Konno, they should have bought a decent goalkeeper.

Aria playing a much better role for FCT than he did with us. Kimura threw him too far forward perhaps.

I've been really impressed by FC Tokyo so far, a win at Suncorp would be huge for their campaign. Good to see Aria Jaseru playing well.

Brisbane have been poor, maybe a bit too confident heading into their first ACL.

The score could have easily been 2-2 if Rafinha hasn't forgotten the way to score ...

I'm afraid Konno shouldn't be called for NT anymore... Get Tulio, Konno blent in Gamba's defense way toooooooo fast.

Dare I say Gamba have been [uncharacteristically] embarrassingly bad? Skills errors all over the shop.

I feel sorry for any Gamba fan unfortunate enough to have attended the game.

He will be called up, don't worry. Yoshida and Konno for WC14 yeaaah..

I have some hope for Yoshida, good season on a bad team in Eredivise. He will have a new team next season I think. And hopefully a better one.

Tulio, the best defender of them all is soooo old he will not be called up.

I think Paulinho was much worse actually. Rafinha atleast managed to get in a few semi-dangerous shots.

it's from late september that Rafinha is a mess, just after convincing everyone and probably himself of being the new Romario.
And we've clearly bought Paulinho just because he scored 2 times against us,in the same fashion of AC Milan when they got Christophe Dugarry....:mad:

Haha, Christophe Dugarry happened to be my favorite player a few years ago! I think he was WIDELY underrated =)
