I hope we do have a Sarvas/Juni central midfield next year. They play fantastic together. Sometimes I felt we hurt their chemistry by trying to accommodate Becks in the middle.
well you could always pull a 4-1-2-1-2 to accommodate Kaka and leave juninho and sarvas in the middle together. of course that is a big if for kaka being here

yea, honestly tho i just can't see Kaka happening this year, at least not till summer or after wcup. Lets be honest Keane coming here didnt hurt his chances with Ireland b/c it was Ireland. Hell even Becks for England/GB. But Kaka is in Brazil and that has to be the hardest national team, maybe save Spain, to break into no matter who you are
If you guys get Luis Fabiano I think they might as well call the season a wrap and hand yall the trophy, it will spare all us other teams the embarassment. (Big fan of LF).
Kennedy's save percentage is playing in front of the worst defense in anywhere. It's not a fair measuring stick for his value.
What are the chances (realistically) that we get Kaka & Luis Fabiano (before the WC)? I mean, I think they both feel they have enough left in the tank and they'll both want to represent their country one last time before they have to hang up the boots. I do really hope we get Juninho back. I think outside of LD&Keane, he is our most important player. I don't count Gonzilla b/c I think he'll be on his way to Europe soon enough.
Barcelona and their little system messed him up as they have messed up other players who didnt adapt to that system and now are confused as to how soccer should be played.
Luis Fabiano returned to Brazil by choice not because he couldn't cut it. Many clubs were after him for years before he finally decided to go home. He's the one player during the Redknapp era I felt we really missed the boat on. He was a Redknapp obsession but he didn't want to play anywhere in Northern Europe according to reports. Kaka is a great player and a big name but people should feel let down if we end up with Fabiano, Keane/Fabiano/Donovan would be devastating.
LF started to be phased out the minute Dunga was fired. Menezes and his youth policy took him out of the frame. Personally I think the shift was too soon and players like Fabiano were still useful. I feel they would have won the Copa America with players like Fabiano.
But he can still play in the new Fall 2013 CCL we qualified for by winning MLS Cup. He just can't play in the Spring 2013 CCL quarters and up.

He's more likely. Who knows though, I personally think Kaka's recent comments left the door open however unlikely.

It's really the third round of the college draft, but they decided to call the first two rounds the regular draft and then take a break before starting the supplemental draft. There may be slightly different salary cap or roster rules for players selected in the regular and supplemental draft, but it's basically the third round in terms of order of selection.
