I'm sitting here starving, even though they don't look ideal those pics of food just made me so much more hungrier.
In America they thing the more crap you pack in something the better it is. Thats why you see 5 pound plates being served.
Have you ever eaten a turducken? It's interesting, I wouldn't call it great. I didn't eat a whole meal but I was sampling food at an expo once and they had turducken and deep fried turducken.
a friend of mine had it every thanksgiving or something ive never touched the stuff. ive heard it has its origins in england they liked to stuff things.
We've had English in both elementary and high school for about 8 years. But we also had French and I can't speak a word of it. xD I learned English mostly because I played a lot of video games and watched a lot of tv shows and anime. Also, I'm a software programmer so it's kind of a necesity.
Dragon ball Z haha? Thats good is it just a small amount in serbia or do the majority understand english, because it seems to me that english is easy to learn
Well, older people(over 40-50) mostly can't speak a word of English but pretty much everyone else can. You'd have a very hard time finding a young person in Serbia who can't speak it.
@Romanista89, i'm like you, the other day Bill and ted the movie popped into my head and this song then popped into my head. I don't like kiss though, but i love this song, the words are meaningful. i love 80's and 90's music, wish i grew up in those decades Sick of this putana Nicki Minaj.
I've been studying English for years...Moreover, I've studied medicine in English, done my degree in Edinburgh, and working in Singapore...So, no surprise I still make a lot of mistakes
Happens to me all the time. Watched a prety terrible film called I Love You Beth Cooper a few weeks ago but managed to sit through purely because of how gorgeous Haden Panettiere is. ONe of the redeeming moments of the film was a scene in which a song called Beth by Kiss played. I'm not a kiss fan either but it is a decent song. Don't know if any of you have seen Warrior (Tom Hrady, Nick Nolte and Joe Edgerton) but the end of it is heart-breaking. The song in that scene is perfect for it. I had heard of the National before but they never caught my attention util I watched this movie: The same can be said of me for Broken Social Scene. I knew and vaguely liked a few songs but when I watched Half Nelson (Ryan Golsing) and their song Shampoo Suicide was used near the end for the motel scene, superb!: I could go on and on: Moby's God Moving Over the Face of the Water for the final scene in Heat, Moby's My Weakness for the X-Files when Mulder finds the truth out about his sister, Jesus and Mary Chain's Just Like Honey at the end of Lost in Translation, the Turtles' HappyTogether at the end of Adaptation, Nina Simone's Sinnerman near the end of the Thomas Crown Affair ... and on and on and on.
