Yeah, so is dumping links you haven't read or understood and not acknowledging actual responses to your posts, which has been ongoing for the last couple months.

And you know why fewer people are responding to you now? Most have you on ignore, including people who more or less agree with you politically (if more intelligently). You've completely ruined this thread, and the sad thing is you'll never know why. I made many attempts to respond to your absurd posts, but I tired of that weeks ago because it's like banging your head against a brick wall (or maybe a metal one).

 

Seriously dark knight, it's just page after page of this kind of insubstantive garbage, and everybody here is sick of it. I partially threw in the "personal attack" just to see if anybody was still paying attention. But since I'm not convinced schapes is a human I'm not sure how personal it was.

Funny how no one replies to bad news such as according to President Obama's plan - raising taxes on the top two percent is insignificant.

Tried that, then what you have is a string of incoherent posts by people attempting to respond to him to no avail. Because the thread is so full of schapes-dumps it's effectively made it a no man's land for people who want to post or address actual Obama failures, and the whole thing has become a joke. I unsubscribed for awhile but somehow got sucked back in, so if this is how it's gonna be I'll reaffirm my pledge of non-participation and see if this thread can eventually die the ignoble death it deserves.

 

Given the new BS platform, if everyone ignored him, it would be like he didn't even exist. Just sayin'. Speaking of ignore, I haven't seen any string of incoherent posts lately. Is vfish finally gone? Did he end up losing a bet so that he doesn't post here anymore?

Howard Dean says everyone has to pay more taxes - not just the top two percent.

President Obama has failed to tell everyone. That is his plan. Raise the taxes on the rich, it will be then be more palatable to raise taxes on everyone else.

I'll wait for the outrage for all the Republicans that leave government to go work as lobbyists and for big business.

 

This is the sad part. There are things, legitimate things, that Obama has done which are a failure. Drone wars. Extending use of the Executive priviledges. Caving in too early. Failure to close Guantanamo etc.

And I come to this portion of BigSoccer because of that. To learn and debate with people with different opinions. I may not agree with them, but at least I come away and learn something. But all have learned from this thread is how 1 poster can derail it. That poster brings no value to the conversation. If moderators don't do anything about it why should we? A Perfectly good thread ruined by 1 poster.
