NY Cosmos announce Pele will attend home opener at Hofstra on April 13

Cosmos know the man puts butts in seats. Looking forward to be part of another opening day sellout.

 

Anyone planning to attend Hostra Soccer Conference April 10-14 (Thur - Sun) on LI? I am going by myself. Looking for more people to mingle during this event.

These are great! I had great views of the first three goals, but it was hard to see how the fourth was scored from where I was seated.

 

True... I would like to think that had they played on a Saturday we would have had a bigger crowd. It will be hard to duplicate numbers from las year, there are a few games on week nights, there is even a game on a Monday. I guess that's the disadvantage of not having your own stadium. Hope that changes in the near future.
