Well, we will see what happens in year 2. 1. What happens when the Federations want to change their allocated players, ei if Mexico drops Santiago would then they have to replace her with another Mexican GK? Same for say Solo would then the USSF send another goal keeper to Seattle. 2. I assume the college draft will be the same. 3. In year two will teams be allowed to cut and sign players at will? or will there be some type of allocation draft every year? 4. What happens if more and more players go play in Europe, how will teams be compensated for that? 5. What happens if a team folds? 6. What will they do with expansion drafts?
And what will the cap be. If there was a three year plan for the cap it would help teams who wanted to sign their talent for more than one year at increased earnings.
