The result holds, and Molde repeats as champion of Norway. Unless I missed a statement from Klinsmann, I would have expected Gatt to be available unless all of Molde's other internationals were barred from international duty. It's irrelevant now though.
Supposedly Jozy will be called back up. I don't want to get too excited, but I'm really looking forward to seeing what we can do with Timmy, Gatt and Jozy. Hopefully John Anthony Brooks gets the call. I've watched a few MLS games lately and these two guys, Brad Davis and Will Bruin look like they deserve a chance. Davis especially seems to provide very nice service into the box.
Heath Pearce and Dax McCarty tweeted "OFF TO LONDON" - not sure if that means anything though (I am aware the friendly is in Russia)
MacMath was the worst starting GK this year. Granted, he didn't have a good defense in front of him but he was poor anytime I saw him.

Also, lots of other players won't be available due to play-offs. --Let Bradley take the armband, and look for Parkhurst, Cameron, Johnson, Guzan, Williams, Zusi, and Altidore for leadership roles. -Want to continue to build chemistry between Bradley, Williams, and Zusi. -Last chance for Wondolowski. I'd give him a full 90 minutes as a support striker/Dempsey role to see if he can take his game to the international level. If he can't, no point wasting anymore time on him. -Give Jozy and Boyd another shot. They've earned it. -Let newcomers Gatt and Besler get some minutes; also include: Mix, Lichaj, O' Brien, and Brooks. -Bring Chandler on as a sub. Make him earn his spot. -Evaluate: S. Clark and Gyau. Also, bring in Cooper and S. Johnson for honorary call-ups for a solid MLS season and to round out the numbers. It will also be helpful to evaluate them before camp cupcake. These players may be useful in 2013. -Who should be Cameron's partner? Edu, Brooks, or Besler? Besler is the hot commodity from MLS, Brooks the promising prospect, or Edu his teammate at Stoke, a veteran, but still learning the CD position. I could go either way with these three but it's going to be a gamble either way.
Today, and while I haven't read anywhere what time it'll be, they usually release the roster some time between 1pm and 3pm est. As of about an hour ago, Klinsmann was apparently holding a press conference for the German media (per ussoccer's twitter account). I have no idea what the press conference was for, or if it'll affect when the roster is released.
No. Just vacation I assume. Pearce said they would be there until Thursday on Twitter. Wouldnt be surprised if those 2 were Jurgen's reserve guys just in case there was a mass injury bug that struck the US.
