So no legalization of drugs then, to fk with the cartels it needs to be legal for people to buy their drugs from Wal-Mart, Soreana or Farmacias populares.
The legalization of drugs has to happen where the majority of the market is, The USA. Not going to happen. Carteles aren't fighting for control of the Mexican market.
That is what the Dominican elected President said, and I agree. But making them legal in Mexico would free up the police from targeting the small dealers to concentrate on the large distributors. Realistically the way the government needs to go after the narcos is to go after their money and the people that help them with the money, but that will piss a lot of high people off (many Generals, Governors, Senators, Cardinals, etc).
Police in Mexico don't go after small dealers. In fact, Mexico legalized the use of drugs in small quantities about one or two years ago. The part ab0ut the money is spot on...the problem is corruption..It would not surprised me if the people that are supposed to get that done are on the take to begin with.
A corrupt drug dealer from TATATATAMAULIPAS. http://news.yahoo.com/us-goes-ex-mexican-governors-texas-property-235700055.html
why am I not surprised. you are ok with spooning girls instead of facking them. I want the next government to finish the job or destroying the cartels, not spoon them .
That's not true. People in Mexico don't have anymore faith in PAN. They are tired of it, there was no chance for PAN to be re-elected. They picked a woman to have any relevance. I don't have anything against PAN but that is the truth. PRD with AMLO was always going to be the one that could defeat the dinosaurs. I've noticed that on the internet their is more support for AMLO than anyone and everyone shits on Pena Miento. I agree that PRI just preys on people's ignorance. The only reason he might win is because of this. It's unfortunate that they can get away with that to this day. The good thing is that not everyone is giving up.
I dont want drugs to be legalized. That would mean less money for Mexicans profitting from the drug trade. That would also just increase kidnappings, extortions and other forms of organized crime that are already taking place. We can't blame the violence on the gringos, when we're the pendejos killing each other.
I wish everything was all hunky dory like people stated earlier, but the truth rearing its ugly head again as the cartels apply their expertise in new fields.
I'm not one of these but damnit I saw some odd things the first and last time I drove down to Guadalajara. The strangest being a some army troops clearing a highway about a mile or two before several luxury cars drove thru it in Sinaloa.
