Let's start guessing the rosters, here's my preferred Camp "Streudel" invite list:

G (3): Rimando, Hall, Johnson

CB (4): Goodson, Gonzalez, Besler, John
FB (3): Parkhurst, Pearce, Beitashour

CM (4): Diskerud, Feilhaber, McCarty, O'Brien
Wingers (4): Zusi, Shea, Gatt, Pontius

F (5): Agudelo, EJ, Cooper, Wondo, Gordon

Miss the cut: Alejandro Bedoya, Nick DeLeon, Lee Nguyen, Jay DeMerit, Beckerman, Rolfe, Adu, Gil, Rowe, Cascio.

Are we guessing (i.e. predicting) or stating our preferences? Perhaps we could do both.

Among those players you have excluded, (with all the usual provisos about health and availability) I would invite Hamid and Adu.

He wasn't naming Mix, he was saying there would be a mix of young players and vets.

He needs to be more careful.

There is much adu about him only naming a vague mix as that should count as a demerit, but he's gatt to wondo if he can just walk down the hall and talk to a cooper about getting some shea butter for his johnson.

Ives reported Boyd was only name JK mentioned so far:

They will have practice, training camps, tourneys and such, but Rapid don't have an official game from Dec. 15-Feb 15, so maybe TB will at least be there for part of the time.

No, we also have a player named Jan. Jan Olafborg, a brilliant youngster from Rosenborg who moved from Omaha, NB when he was 8 days old.

So you guys really thought there wasnt going ot be a January camp? It might be the most important camp of the year for 2013.

Remember, JK also said some veteran players.

I'd keep out most of the players who are currently in the mix for Nat PT. Parkhurst being the exception because now we have Chandler back in the fold. I don't want to get someone hurt who may have to start in February @Honduras (no Zusi or Goodson or EJ).

I think the players who may start in February are exactly the players Klinsmann will want there. Would you rather have Zusi coming to Honduras off a couple month offseason or off a couple week training camp? Also, I expect to see Beckerman there.

Considering we will have 3 matches in June, I will go out on a limb and say the late May/Early June camp will be the most important. It will be the only time you will have your entire preferred team gathered on your own terms.
