I wonder if people even recognize him there. Other than India, I think the Philippines is the only country in the world where soccer is less popular than in the US. Maybe they know him as LeBron's friend.

Let's just say this is feasible? If we (and I mean our club and front office) don't even try to pry CR7 out of real's hands before crockett n tubz! it would be a damn shame and a sign that we have problems trying to attract top choice, game changing and merchandise selling talent from over seas. I guess we'll find out in 3 years or so.

Oh man that would be really awesome if it eneded up looking like that. Becks could potentially end up a billioniare down the road selling out a place like that year in and year out.
A possibility. But I don't think it would hurt us at all to try to be positive about it. Even a little bit. And that is indeed a very beautiful stadium/football complex if it's end up exactly like that.
