lol why? He woukd play better teams and better defenses with closer space and greater physics so it's likely that he couldn't shine like he does in Brazil.

He didn't shine against Germany. He was invisible the whole match and scored when the German team just walked off the field.
Messi doesnt shine at all in his Argentina games, Neymar shines in most of them Neymar 8 Goals in 15 Games - Brazil

I would bet he is around and 86 or so in fifa 13 depending on the rest of his year. After that I guess it would depend on the season he has for fifa 14. If he flourishes he would probably be in the 88-89 range if he doesn't I guess it would probably drop to the lower 80's. It's pretty much all speculation though.

In my opinion Neymar is a really good player but if he does move to Europe, he'd struggle in his first season. Which will leave his overall at the same level as it is on FIFA 12.
He will be an overall of about 87/88 as he has played amazing in brazil this season and FIFA 14 world cup he will be an overall of about 88 you guys forget that ronaldo was plopped into Europe at a young age same as neymar will and now look he's one of the best in the world!
