Ok yea, and no point intended, i have written many threads explaining that i may say Atletico Miami but I am also reffering to Miami Athletics, in no way was I ever trying to single out the name in english, I, like you, was born in the USA, I just might have been born in a different culture (Miami) where spanish thrives everywhere, even the Americans that live here know somewhat of spanish enough to understand it a little. i know i advertise the name in spanish but I do it for the sole reason of the people here who wouldn't give any time for MLS. if they were to hear that the name of the team was the Miami Bobcats (example) how would you refer to that name in spanish, driving the people here even farther away from the MLS. My only purpose is to similate the names of the league's and teams of their country back home, if they were to hear Atletico Miami, maybe they will relate more to the team since it is in spanish therefore (they) giving it interest, plus with the style of Barcelona in our team and success, we may have a chance to get Miami and its people (all) interest in this league!! All my unlce's were born in Colombia, and no lie when i tell them about the MLS (2 years ago) they would grunt and call MLS nothing but kiddy league, and now that i tell them that barcelona wants a team here they are excited about it. Plus Seattle signed a colombian forward ,that is young and that i am sure will make an impact on this league, and is also from Barranquilla (where my family is from). I know Angel is in the red BUlls but, Im sorry, he is old news and from bogota not my territory, and Montero plays in the National team for Colombia.
