snowballs(at least the ones that aren't hard as solid ice) are sure better and more fun than fools running out on the pitch trying to cause bodily harm I guess.
Rules are rules but boy do I hate the no celebration rule. We learn from our mistakes but that is going to be really tough on the kid as he not only impacted today's result but possibly next week's match with PSV as he won't be in it. Other than that, it was a pretty sub par match for Feyenoord but one they could have still come out with 3 pts.

I just missed the video, Its not that you can't celebrate, its you can't take off your shirt. Stupid rule in my book as well.
I agree that it's a stupid rule, but it's not exactly a secret. To be honest, I feel for the guy. I doubt there was a hole big enough for him to crawl into after that.
Hey, we all made stupid decisions as teenagers. He just happened to do it on a bigger scale than most of us.
Oh dear, oh dear. I just last week said to my dad that this is going to be Feyenoord's week, as all contenders but Heerenveen were twice having Euro League matches and most of the time drop points after that and though it would be tough we would beat RKC. Oh dear oh dear.
You need to remember the great quote from American football, "...on any given Sunday any team can defeat their opponents." Holds true for Eredivisie footie.
yeah, this was definitely a missed opportunity. I don't know if more clubs battling at it towards the top will help the Dutch clubs do any better in either European tournament but it will surely make the Eredivisie pretty exciting.
Everybody has written off Feyenoord in the Dutch media now that Guidetti is out. This may work in their favour against PSV considering it will motivate them even more, especially Bakkal.
Well, media loves writing off teams, but what do Feyenoord fans themselves think? In my experience the Dutch league (as with most European leagues except the cash-heaviest leagues in England and Spain) is so unpredictable that Feyenoord can probably still do well...
Great last 30 minutes and Feyenoord clearly deserved a share of the points. Can't figure out what was going on between Martins-Indi and Mulder only that it was a colossal screw up. Too bad they were the better team down the stretch.
I only saw the last 30 minutes and I think Koeman took him out when it was 2-0 PSV and there were about 20 minutes to go in the match so I didn't see much of him. Right after the sub, Fernandez hit for the first of his two goals on a nice volley
