It's a sitcom that centers around Jim Belushi's urinary tract infection.

Neil Patrick Harris does the voice of the urinary tract infection.

So. It is meant to be entertainment and it doesnt have to be scientifically accurate. I think it looks good although it probably wont last. I am going to check it out and hope that it does because I think it looks good and very well done for a network TV show.

That important role was Ray Hudson's for the taking, but then NPH swooped in and stole that voice character role.
