Yeah, it was impressive as hell. For whatever reason, the Bulls really get up for the Heat. Boozer plays well, and Kirk's D was on point. Was nice to get a W like that, given some of the crap losses we've taken this year ie Sacramento.

Still think the title is going to Miami.

Well, the Rockets had a good run just a few years ago, but it is hard because of the short time in between games.

I just do not see how the Heat will not win it this year, even a threepeat.

These Bulls are something else. If they get Deng/Hinrich back any time soon, they can actually make it a series against Heat.

Amen. That was inspirational last night, and Saturday night. I was at a wedding in the Chicago suburbs, about 100 of us went to the hotel bar away from the reception to watch that end. I damn near lost my mind when Belinelli did the old Sam Cassell thing.

Like you said, Deng and Hinrich would be key. I imagine the Heat were just a tad rusty as well.

Sure sure... there's not even a hint of autopilot about the Heat's approach to the series thus far. smh.

    When will you people learn?

Lol come on Johno. I know you're LeBron's number 1 fan and all that, but this has been a series. Bulls are depleted and running out of gas at the end of the games because we have no more bodies. And LeBron is doing things at ends of games, no doubt, but the fact that Jimmy Butler has to play 48 minutes a game doesn't help, and makes Bron's job easier in the last 12 minutes.

I really think a full strength Bulls would take Heat to 7 easily. It's not up for question. And they could win a series.

    auto-pilot

The Heat will begin to play in the finals. The Heat can only beat what is in front of them. Only a hater or a homer would say that first win was down to anything other than rust on the part of Miami.

Am I sorry Rose, Deng and Heinrich aren't fit? Hell no. But I don't think anyone can say what would happen if they were fit. There are no asterisks in this series.

They couldnt be the HEAT with rose, there's no chance iwthout him. As we can see, its about to be over now.

I disagree. I think Deng, who was our best player for long stretches of this season, is a big miss. And Kirk Hinrich was able to take out Deron Williams in the Nets series, who was at the time playing some of the best ball of his career. They would have absolutely been a difference.

The season record doesn't lie either. The Bulls play the Heat well. The Heat have more talent, there's no doubt, but it's in the matchups.

edit: Johno, I agree about the first game involving rust. I said that earlier in this thread. But the fact is, the Bulls are playing the Heat close through alot of these games, only to fall away later on. The lack of bodies this season is taking its toll.

And I repeat, the heat haven't even got out of first gear. You are trying to compare the heat against a beaten team vs what they would be against a good team in the playoffs. You cannot do that.

I feel for you, but there's too much wishful in your thinking.
