    Depends there is a chance that nurock "could" possible sell USL to NASL depending on how bad it goes.

    But, if that does happen, you know that NuRock will demand a huge price, possibly even more than NuRock initially paid to purchase the USL.

    NuRock is supposed to just roll over and happily lose a ton of money for the good of American soccer?

    While I think everyone that comments here would agree that is the best thing, this is a business and this IS America. Capitalism, baby. No, I don't like it but NuRock has to protect it's investment. They aren't a charity.
