NASL 2014 Schedule

"Minnesota will play a Monday night match against the New York Cosmos on August 23, a first for the club."

Also a first: August 23, 2014 being a Monday. Because it's a Saturday.

 

And they STILL haven't fixed it.

You'd think they'd be very familiar with backdating.

They say it's to switch the field over. You can't kvetch about football lines (American or Canadian) and then not give somebody time to switch them out (if that's what "switch the field over" means, since I presume they're not adding or taking out a pitcher's mound). Redblacks are the top tenant, I would imagine. The stadium is largely a result of them, not of the Fury.

 

They changed some Saturday games to Sunday because of the CFL Ottawa Red Blacks schedule coming out and some games being too close together. So as Kenn said, they need time to switch the field over to the soccer config without american football lines.

Sunday games will be at 3pm, Saturday games at 7pm, don't think there is a Monday game either :

In an effort to ensure sufficient time to properly transform the field from one sport to the other, four Fury FC home dates have been adjusted from the original announcement on January 16."

But wouldn't they be Canadian football lines?
