Zuniga is back in training now but won't make the Cagliari game. He should be back fit in January. Hamsik is also unlikely to play against Cagliari to give him more time to recover.

Looks like Behrami will be out for two months with a fractured bone in his foot. Increases the need for a new central midfielder, not that we doubted that we needed one anyway.
here's footage of that open practice at San Paolo that was mentioned somewhere around here, where like 22,000 tifosi showed up
christ... i was happy to see Zuniga is back... then I get to end of the article... well at least hes training with the squad now
From football Italia Napoli full-back Christian Maggio is reportedly recovering in hospital after undergoing emergency surgery on a pneumothorax. The Italy international travelled out with his Vesuviani teammates for yesterday evening’s Europa League Round of 16 clash with Porto, but was a late withdrawal after sustaining a knock in the team’s final pre-match training session. Reports this morning are that upon returning to Naples with the rest of the team, the 32-year-old was hospitalised and required surgery on a pneumothorax. Described as a build up or air between the lung and the chest wall, which can affect breathing, it is understood that the player suffered this as a result of that knock picked up in training yesterday. It is understood that Maggio required the insertion of a chest tube to treat the issue and that he is now stable and the issue is ‘under control’. The player will remain under observation for 24 hours before being allowed to return home
