why? why cant we be an intimidating place to come to? i dont want anyone to be seriously hurt, but bayern supporters surely knew what they were getting into, and i bet they aren't very friendly to the napoli fans on the return in germany either. you should have a home advantage, not all clean and friendly. opposing supporters should feel fear :) just my probably way off what is right 2 cents lol

good result by the way, too bad city got points, but things are still looking okay!

the people who did that should not even be linked to us they are not fans they are just people looking for trouble like the black bloc that goes around ruining protests and turn them into full blown riots my only hope is that more fans in italy come to realize that they need to cool it.

Do you really want to paint the entire Napoli fan base on the actions of a couple of thugs? I certainly wouldn't think of painting German fans based on the actions of German thugs. Wouldn't you agree?

By the way...I spoke to one of my friends in Napoli yesterday and he said the atmosphere in the city was intense for the game. I'm trying to get there in December but there are some other issues that are getting in the way.

Really disgusted by some parts of our fan base. These people need to be murdered in their houses while they sleep. Hopefully they don't have kids

Should we really start comparing here, a search in google will show how much of a problem this is in Italy as it keeps happening far more regularly than it should. And yes I do realize 2 idiots doing something doesn't mean it's the whole city but it's clearly a huge problem in Italy. I'm already expecting the same thing to happen Manchester City supporters esp if it's close for the 2nd spot by the time the 5th matchday rolls around.

You should stick to being less defensive and looking for solutions instead.

The only solution i could see is if a president tells the fans if something like this happens and or keeps happening he will close the stadium to fans but that would never happen for the fans would destroy him...

Alright, this is the Napoli forum. Start a thread somewhere else if you want to go over that subject. From this point forward it will be considered trolling.

I gotta agree with TallTowerMan here.

Now that's not to say that Equilibrium does not have a ton of great theories on what it is about the Italian psyche that makes us so much more violent than Germans. I'm sure he does. That sort of thing is more suited to a proper academic environment, though.

was reading through some bayern posts. those dudes are delusional. their nonsensical arguments as to why their team didnt win was because they were not in top form? are you seriouussss! they just won 12 straight! they werent in top form they were on next level form! you know what happened... a faster team played you and we beat you to every ball and tactically had your card the entire game.

another argument... bayern dominated play because of their possession? ok whatever keep the ball all day in the middle of the pitch, its all useless possession anyway. oh and btw the only goal bayern scored was within the first two minutes. had napoli not showed up to the game fashionably late, like usual, that would have never happened. game could have gone either way people, but you know what... it didnt.

another argument... italians falling everywhere??? italians getting all the calls??? pathetic excuses. watch the game again, 2nd half ref looked like he had a bayern jersey on. lets be honest napoli couldnt have bought a call with moggi's influence and money during the second half.

last thing... mazzarri should teach lavezzi that the goal is another napoli player who he must pass to in order to tally another assist to his stats. THEN HE MIGHT POSSIBLY SCORE!

We've got 7k lining up for tickets today for the away game. Hope we get a good result. Looks like Man City is unstoppable and G. Rossi is injured, not sure if Villarreal will do us any favors. I think if we play our best game we can beat Bayern.

Indeed, but he seems to be making it seem like the game was even.. Beat us to every ball & tactically had our card the entire game? Laughing out loud. It looks like he played a game in FIFA and imagined that's what happened instead of watching the actual match.
