    I have made it to San Antonio, getting used to everything, still a little jetlagged I think, and driving on the wrong side of the road is still totally confusing me, but I'm liking it here.

    Not only that, but the US invented the first mass produced Car. Both countries drive on the right side of the road, which is on the right.

    Here are my two favorite memories of the night:


    1] We leave a bar and I tell Max to do 10 push ups, so he promply does 11. Then he hops up and this truck pulls over with some guy driving and 3 chicks in the front all crunched in. The girl on the far right rolls down the Window and yells to us "do you guys need a ride south?", max runs over to them and says "no, but we need a ride to Bens chili bowl" there is a 3 second pause and then he busts out with "hey ladies, I am from Alaska"


    CLASSIC!



    2] Scene: Bens Chili Bowl, Me, Max, Lauren and Max's friend have some chili dogs and chili fries, max is eating chili fries

    Lauren: Max do you want some chili dog?
    Max: No, I am a vegetarian now
    Max's Friend: dude, you know there is meat in chili right?

    Finally sorted out my plans for when I'll be in Houston - leaving San Antonio on the evening of the 14th and then will be there until the evening of the 20th. Should be cool, will finally get myself a kit!

    Ben's is the shit. For decades there was a paper sign on the milkshake machine that said "Bill Cosby eats free, and no one else!"

    This year it was amended to "List of who eats free at Ben's... Bill Cosby and the Obama family."

    If you ever come to DC, you must have Ben's.
