Just got round to picking up the Chromatics album on Vinyl, god I love every single thing Johnny Jewel touches, he's like an 80s Synth inspired Messiah.

Italians do it Better and Rosso Corsa have been responsible for me buying far too many records that sound like they should have been from Italo Disco's prime many decades ago.

Can always count on The Weeknd for a catchy verse or two. Not sure how I feel about the colab with new Wiz... But in a marketing sense, it was a smart move. Especially with the Trilogy dropping in November.

Ahh I was actually searching for you until I saw this. I'll keep hunting.

    Also, Jamiroquai is so underrated.

I like this guy, raps about computer games amongst other things. Exploring his channel he seems to be having a lot of fun and not taking himself too seriously.

Right there with you dude. Florence and the Machine + The Weeknd (2 of my favorite artists) are coming to Mountain View in the Bay Area Friday and I'll be 3 hours down south, taking an exam at 3... gonna miss it just barely.

    An oldie, but a goodie.

Franz Schubert: Der Erlkonig. It is a poem about a boy being taken home by his father and the boy is being tormented by visions perhaps real, perhaps imagined. This version is just instrumental, the version with German lyrics is excellent, but to me, unnecessary. Knowing the story, I feel like the music tells it by itself.

A truly remarkable piece of music.

Yeah I listened to snippets. I'm so hyped.

He comes to Oklahoma City the night before my Pediatrics final, and I'm trying to decide whether to not just go.

Massive longshot, I have question similar to the following video about the ragga guy, just wanting to find out more about him. It's something that's kind of bugged me over the years, and it popped into my head again this morning before I went on to find:

I could always work out that he was called Admiral Dancehall, 'cause, well he drops his name on the track. ;) He's also on another NWA song, can't remember which one off the top of my head.

Anyway, just researched one of the comments of the second vid, saying he featured on a 3 other songs by different artists and that he also goes by BJ Reeves. I've checked them out It does kind of sound like him on 2 of them at least and a BJ Reeves is credited on one of them. That's more than I've ever found out before about him so I'm making headway.

Don't suppose anyone has any more info than that or knows of any solo stuff he did? He's an enigma.
