On purely entertainment value alone, which is better, MLS or Primera División?

I'm entertained by both, but I like going to the stadium to see live action though. Because I live in MLS city it's easier to watch MLS live.

On TV, the Univision announcers ********ing suck, they're never going to be fired either. This really makes it hard to watch the games, it really does!

The Azteca America guys are so much better!!!

i voted, but there is no point in this, la primera division is far more entertaining than the MLS,but of course many people hate the mexican league, especially many central and south americans,so they are gonna go with the mls.
but there is really no contest here, PRIMERA DIVISON No 1

As far as atmosphere and quality of play the FMF owns, the MLS is faster and more physical, the atmosphere at both Saprissa and La Liga games is better than both.

When u say Primera I assume mexico, if i'm right then the more entertaining league would belong to mexico. The MLS is growing but alot of the players don't have good skill. It will get better but the fact that the MLS is young and jus started youth programs these past couple of years can't be better then a league thats been around for many years

Fuck, I just accidentally voted MLS! :( Please disregard my vote, IMO it's the Mexican Primera División by far.

come on guys, the mexican primera is more exciting and the fans are better also
im not saying the mls is bad, but obviously the mexican league is more exciting
by the way, the mls announcers on espn and fox sports network are terrible as well
i also don't like the univison an telefutura announcers
telemundo's Andres Cantor is the best soccer announcer
    one of the best around

I have to disagree. Am I the only one who thinks Mexican soccer is faster? MLS games seem so slow, but I guess it might look faster cuz all MLS teams do is kick the ball to the strikers and see what happends. With the exception of a couple teams.

This question should not even be asked. The FMF is FAR... more entertaining. MLS is one long boring 30 game season. whats the point of having a long season if you have playoffs? long season +playoffs= more meaningless games during the mls season. The FMF plays two short 17 game tournaments with playoffs which means more important games because you have less games to qualify to the ligilla.

MLS has no relegation/promotion which means the bottom teams in MLS with no hopes of making the playoffs near the end of the season can just half ass. In the FMF teams that are in danger of relegation play every game like its a cup final! not to mention several of the best players on the Americas play in the FMF

No not all. I too have always thought that league is slow. Like watching a high school tourney, like… they can kick the ball around, but in all reality everything seems so slow, sloppy and pointless.

Damn... I was going to start a poll "What would you rather drive: Hyundai or Porsche?" but I guess it's pointless now.

I appreciate the skill but I find the Mexican league boring. I understand the style is to maintain possession and probe until they find an opening but that style puts me to sleep. I think the players are definately more skilled on the whole but the style is terrible. That being said some MLS games suck too, but in the complete opposite direction because they can't hold possession.

I guess its a matter of likes and dislikes. I love possesion and hate how most MLS teams just dont know what that means. Mexican soccer is a possesion game unlike MLS.

    This is the msl

No style at all. Pointless kicking and running. sloppy. Not fast or clever. Like half of the people on the field still don't know which way they should go if the ball lands on their feet. It makes you wonder and go like "What are they doing?… Are they playing football?"

The question should be "Which league DO YOU FIND more entertaining to watch: MLS or Primera División?" What you find entertaining is an opinion of your own. It isn't some cold hard fact that you can have a vote one. I like FMF more, so I find that more entertaining. Someone can like the MLS more and they find that more entertaining. This is kind of a dumb poll.

I didn´t word it correctly, players in the FMF think faster/move the ball around faster, while MLS teams just tend to run faster, the traditional letting the ball do the work rather than just kicking and chasing it.

Why does everything have to be a competition between the US and Mexico. I enjoy all good soccer, MLS preferably because I have a team in my city.
