hes the guy from the nike challenge thingy

went to Janghoon High School which is not affiliated with a K-League side but good at producing quality players like Kim Dong-Sub (Gwangju), Park Jong-Woo (Busan), Lim Sang-Hyub (Busan), Lee Hyun-Woong (Daejeon) as well as good prospects on the U-17 and U-20 teams

the club he is on was promoted from 2nd division and hoping to keep rising we shall see. he started the first 3 games but broke his toe so hes down for a number of weeks 3-5. he wears number 13

looks like he is back from his broken toe. scored 2 goals in 9 games. they are kinda in a mid season break atm but have games coming up on 18th and 22nd. they are currently 4th and 3pts behind the promotion spot

Are we seriously giving this kid his own thread? Shouldn't we fold him into the alt/catch-all KPA thread?

Because infrequent updates = drifting off page and when something DOES happen, it splits the convos in the other KPA thread and this one.

just my opinion but i think the idea of a catch all players abroad thread is a little on the archaic side and needs changing cause we have a whole forum for players abroad we dont need a catch all thread. i think our euro players should have their own thread and we could have a thread for j-league, a-league, desert-leagues, etc. hardly anyone uses that thread anyways. just my opinion though

So much crap gets shuffled onto page 2 and its just causes chaos.

Its not as bad as the main forum which has too many stickied threads causing all the stuff to happen a page down for me.

No disrespect but even the Swedish top league "Allsvenskan" is really really bad. I can't imagine how shitty the lower divisions are.

Agree actually, it's sad. Although they had some success in Europe so far this season.

I wish the mods would close this thread. This is far less worthy of a thread than our l2/bl2 players.

How did we even come across this guy in the first place? Someone stumbled upon him while casually looking through the Swedish 3rd tier league?

No, he was part of Nike Academy as Korea's representative. There's a promo I think where Ki picked him out personally. But yes, as far as he's come, I don't think he warrants his own thread just yet. Third tier in Sweden, even second tier, is too low to have its own thread; If not for its lack of skill, then its lack of coverage. Less news means less forum posts. This discussion should be moved to the general thread.

its not like we are swamped with tons of KPAs. dont see why anyone not named LCY, KSY, PJS, YSY, KBK, PJY, JDW, KJC doesnt warrant a thread...

One thread for this then we start to have threads for each player in Thai leagues and next thing, players with actual news get pushed to page two.

I love this guy. MSM is the future. What are the chances of CKH calling him up?

Might as well start making threads for every player playing in the K-League in the Domestic Leagues forum.
