-Drogba did not start. Several Marseille regulars were rested. Drogba was brought in late in the game and left on a stretcher even later. You have to question why the manager brought him in the first place. He will feel the heat if Drogba is seriosuly hurt. -Rothen was brought out at the right time after suffering a few knocks. -Adebayor is a star for the future. I expect him to do really well next year with more playing time. -Plasil started up front with Morientes. Prso did not play due to injury. Plasil another guy I expect to do even better next year.
Barthez really should have held on to the ball as it was not struck all that hard. Monaco can count themselves lucky that they are still keeping pace with Lyon. I hope that Didier Drogba injury lay-off does not last too long.
