    so this is a lie?

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Major_League_Soccer_attendance

stats show a 19 000 average crow attendance , and you said you went to 20 games . Unless you can prove that the stats from wiki are wrong i find it hard to believe a 25 000 seats stadium with an average attendance of 19 000 was VACIO those 20 games you went

Matute tienen un average de menos de 10 000 personas por semana, maybe tienen un mejor ambiente but thats about it .Matute anda mas vacio que el estadio del equipo con menos attendance de la mls

Alianza is right.. here in all American sports the "attendance" is tickets distributed and that doesn't necessarily mean tickets sold (ie. youth teams, corporate sponsors etc). I wouldn't say it was completely empty tho' but out the 20k tix distributed for a certain game I'll say on average I've noticed maybe around 15k actual ppl in the stadium the times that I've gone and I always get tix con las barras so it's always been a good time.

    there you go

    http://ovacion.pe/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=21805

mind you esos stats son del 2009 , aunque no creo que halla cambiado tanto la asistencia over the last 2 years. Wiki had it right this time

everytime i ve seen a red bull game i ve seen tons of people in the stands , as a matter of fact most mls games do have a pretty decent attendance for a country that doesnt have soccer as their number 1 sport

Here in toronto , the stadium is sold out almost everygame , and we have the worst team in the mls :(

exactly. check out some highlights of the last couple of TFC games and you'll see lots of empty sections in BMO field, in some cases you can see the Maple Leaf seats clearly in the stands but all those games were "sold out" as in tickets distributed but not actual attendance.

I saw a couple of Portland games and that stadium was popping, and the Seattle vs Portland games are fun to watch. The atmosphere looks great.

umm that may be because of the holydays and the weather getting cold , However during the summer and mid way through the season the stadium is mostly full

Of course being one of the worst teams and the fact the we dont have any chances of making the playoffs , pluys weather doesnt really help . Still there are a lot of people still going

Re: Andrés Mendoza - IN NERO WE TRUST[R]

i havent seen an alianza game in a while , but i ve seen other games and i dont see big crowds in the stadium

I did read about the 4x1 or some promotion alianza had but that just means they are giving away tickets. Im sure if they had a 4x1 promotion in the mls we will see a lot more people too. Thats kind of cheating

Now alianza is probably the one taking more people to the stadium with their promotion ( assuming what you said is true) , but the seatle stadium is always pack , i dont think alianza is taking 30 000 spectators everygame even with their 4x1 or some promotion they got going on

im not arguing about seattle, im talking about redbulls arena, btw redbulls regalan miles de tickets so es la misma baina y no es 4x1 era 2x1 .

    http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anexo:Temporada_2011_(Chile)_-_Asistencia_de_Publico
