thats ochoas look, he aint a mover, but can finish in a pinch. you thought he looked slim in his other outfit?
Seahawks are home again next Sunday, so i expect we would see the same lines or worse if it's Seattle/San Jose. I'll root for RSL.
My question too. Watson-Siriboe playing well for RSL, and both goalkeepers coming up big in the past few minutes.
Clearly a matter of opinion. But there's an argument they HAD TO put the sidelines down today for Sunday's match. They didn't HAVE TO include the letttering at all. They could have done what the Steelers do. Just shows the "partnership" with the Seahawks for what it really is.
After years of not seeing them, especially in big games, this kind of hurts my soul. I mean, I get WHY it's happening and understand the economics and that Seattle sells enough tix to justify playing in an NFL barn and all, but at this stage in MLS' development it's still kind of a bummer to see on national TV in a playoff game.
With only two total chances, I am not sure we can call it a "battle" just yet - so much movement by both teams up and down the field, and so few actual shots.
Never assumed it was more than big brother-little brother - never considered the partnership to be one of equals. I guess I'm just glad that it's not as bad as it could be (eg New England).
