Hi all Just wanted to share the fact that UEFA and the MLS are in talks with a youth transfer/sharing scheme, which would enable young propects from within the MLS to develop their experience in Europe and vice versa - I think the main aim of this proposal is to actively promote the game in the USA as well as to keep an eye on new and emerging talent seeping into the MLS.
