I like Houston's draft record . .Sarkodie, Bruin, Creavalle . . even go back five years to G. Cameron.
TFC did extremely well. Trading way down and still getting the Canadian they probably wanted all along.
Considering how few high picks they've had, I agree that they have done very well, and so has DC, but if you look at steals like Sapong, Espinoza, and Zusi, I still don't think it's any contest. Even Bunbury was very good value where KC got him.
An experience pick, WTF? Imo, all college players have essentially the same amount of experience. None.
Zusi was an absolute steal in the second round but Sappong and Espinosa went 10th and 11th in the draft. Bunbury was the 4th pick. You could argue they have not gotten good value there.
The drafts thin out pretty quickly. Sapong was one pick after Michael Nanchoff. Espinoza was one pick after Josh Lambo.
Yeah it all depends on how you rank player versus where they were picked. I mean Cameron was their last pick.
