I don't think there was ever a hearing, but I know the supporters of both RMC teams are raising money to cover legal expenses incurred by C10 to deal with this.
Thanks, it was just curiosity - it would be fairly interesting to see a fan based initiative be defended in court against the business entity which "uses" said trademark.
Its in the hundreds, not thousands, so its not horrible and people seem willing to chip in but that would have been nice.
