One is just a bit older than the other, neither of them are made in Japan they are both made in Indonesia.

I think the position of the rivets vary on some of the Mizuno models, but the Made in Japan models seem to have more rivets in general and a slightly different outsole on the Morelia models.

    Kiongsm,

Can you give me a link to a Rakuten shop that can ship to the US and ordering instructions?

    Thanks.

Is pro-direct's Mizuno Neo's made in Japan??? Also is the performance that much better? If the leather is better I would be willing to pay the extra money.

No. The only place that one can get the Made in Japan NEOs unless you live in Japan, is through Dosoccer who will ship around the world.

I use google translator. But email the owner as he speaks good English and will ship outside of Korea and accepts payment through PayPal.

    Someone remember his email?

Are the Neo's up on dosoccer.com? I have looked and couldn't find them. I was able to see a lot of Mizuno, but not the Neo.

    Hey Kiongsm,

I think I have made my mind up and will try to get the blue Morelia Wave (12KP17019) or the white/blue Wave Cup's (12KP17527) from him. Just a couple questions if you can...

My feet measured out to be about 26.7cm left and right with socks on, should I go for the 26.5? I have normal width and I like my boots extremely tight.

Do you have any experience with either of these soleplates on turf or hard ground?

    Thanks.

For me, the Waves fit tighter than normal because the toe box is lower than their other boots.

I'd go with a 27CM. I have the same measurement as you, and 27CM fit VERY tight.

Hey, thanks. Have they stretched much at all? What surfaces have you played on with them?

    Thanks.

No actually. I play on mostly turf around here.

I think the stitching pattern is what avoids it from stretching... which for me isn't a good thing. I am going to try to hot water trick soon to give myself some room, because the top of the boot was tearing up the top of my toes.

I'm having an issue like that with my adipowers. Its only on my big right toe, let me know if the hot water trick works since I'm considering it aswell.

    Two questions:
    1. Will the Estrela Neos be sold on PDS at all?
    2. How long will the Neos be released for? I know mizuno's arent like Nike and Adidas pumping out color ways every other month, but I really want the black/white colourway of those Neos to go on sale. I haven't wanted a boot this bad since Vapor IV's!

    smallrod,

    01. yes, morelia wave has tight fitting > follow boliv's advise (27cm would be better)

    02. wave cup > i don't hv them > i can't comment > maybe hwangong can share some lights, he has them

i seldom play on art. turf, only a few times, i worn the morelia TM > PERFECT!

they are more suitable for natural grass pitches

man, the black-white-red neos looks CLASS!

    but the green-orange-black WI2 = aweful!
