Buttom line, Paez took Millos to the highest level in the league in the past decade...But I guess that firing Paez was necessary for the team.
Millos is a crappy team with unrealistic expectations. He was your best coach since Osorio and you let him go because your management screwed him during the transfer window. Unless Millos gets a good foreign coach neither of the Argies your linked to are any good or Hernan Torres I don't see them going anywhere. Hopefully Osorio and Franco jump this sinking ship.
. 1. respect, then you are crying if people insult you..... 2. why unreallistic expectations? in a tounrmament that six months you are the last and the other the same team is champions.....all teams are crappy. millonarios is not bad just for be millonarios.... 3. read post above, and read if you are in a forum yo have to read others, no arrive with the idea that you are the only that know football.....look paez numbers above he had 30 losts, 29 wins, and 21 wins...bad numbers, never had a solid idefense, pther thing that yopu have to read, osorio wasnt the last succesful coach, was vanemerak and ialready said, but you DONT READ OTHER POSTERS 4. Paez start this season saying that he will fight to be champions...and he promised to arrive to the final after the team was complete : result place 13, second worst position in 10 years .......so he dont complete goals, and the the excuse was to said that he had a bad team, when huila, pasto, patriotas, itagui, equidad all have had bad looking rosters and payless than millonarios 5. you cant keep a man, to thank him his campaigns two season ago......football not is STATIC....is like the nacional fans say, keep sachi because he was champion 6. if you dont follow a team, is better that you dont make your opinion....

Hernan Torres or Leonel should get the job. They play the most attractive footie out of the available Colombian coaches. Good post pep. Martín Lasarte was a disaster, how he went on to coach in Spain is beyond me. What about Equidads coach? He is pretty good too. What do you guys think is Millos issue? They really have a stacked lineup and always fail.
Alexis have 1 season good and another bad season (with the same players) .......i think that his successful is because the procces, but a long process
Pepino, 3 tournaments is not that of continuation. And it just shows that Millos's management doesn't have faith in their coaches if Paez is the one who stayed the most (only year & a half).
