    We can agree to disagree.. I love my food the most. I find Mexican food to be something for casuals.

    My mom is the best cook in the world imo, but thats for obvious reasons. Un Pan con chumpe, Baleadas, Pescado con leche de coco y mongu, Yuca y chicharron, arroz con pollo, ropa vieja, Pasteles de platano, Sopa de Caracol etc.

    Absolutely love it.
