    We use to get kids asking for candy when we first moved in to the neighborhood like 15yrs ago

    its an atomic clock that updates the time and keeps up with the time changes.

    BUT it never changes the hour when they change the hour here in the USA.

    No, your post was accurate. Plenty of jobs and affordable housing...

    I don't care for Texas. However, I would like to go to Austin for a SXSW or Fun Fun Fun festival. But that's about it...

    I could not in good conscience advise anyone to move to Texas...
