How did you become a fan of CA Tio? I would have thought that you would have been a Guadalajara fan since they were winning everything when you were a lad.
the stand was over populated. why was it? because they rushed the gates to get in, so a lot of people with out tix got in, they tried the same in Athens the last time they played in the European Cup final. Thankfully there the Athens police saw it and closed the gates and even then they tried to jump over the gates. Can we really blame the cops for that? of course we can if everybody in england is scared of them shitty fans for some reason.
The cops opened the gate and then did not usher them in. Then they covered it up. Again, get your facts straight.
I can get my facts straight as many times as possible and still the excuses will never end, it was the fans fault what happened but liverpool gets a pass in england for some reason.
No. You don't have your facts straight. The cops opened the gate, they did not control the crowd, they did not have any kind of emergency plan. Then they tried to cover it up and blame it on the fans. This was caught on video. The fans were at fault at Heysel. Not at Hillsborough. There was no planning. No control. Same thing has happened at rock concerts, festivals, etc. As for getting a pass, if you know anything about England in the 80's, you know that Margaret Thatcher and the conservative party hated most of England outside of London and didn't give two shits about Liverpool or its fans or any other city outside of London. It wasn't until the Labour Party came back into power that they even bothered opening the investigation. Instead of grouping every situation together as the same thing, how about you actually get your facts straight. Thanks for reading.
The covering for Liverpool I meant it more as contemporary trend, I know Thatcher or even how lowly the law thought of football fans in general back then, but I also know most of the investigated stuff 20 years post mortem is biased for the fans and trying to find ways to blame the cops. At the end of the day there was no reason for them to rush the gates, they are know to do that even now days like I told you they did in Athens I even heard people that were there saying that the liverpool stand was horribly overpopulated when compared to that of the Milan fans, why? They rushed the gates as they did in Sheffield good thing the cops in Athens were better prepared plus the stadium was also better than Hillsboriugh was in teh 80s. Fans were scum and I don't get why they get a pass.
I saw on twitter that mediocierto's forums are coming back want to use this opportunity to say good bye to our mexican based posters.
