Concessions make up for the lack of decent bathrooms. Only stadium i've been to where I can get aguachile and coctel de camaron/pulpo. It was awesome!
I wish the people of Neza would do what the Brazilians do and protest about this. They need a million things more than to fix that effin stadium. To be realistic though the Government will find away to not remodel the stadium and not help the people out anyway. So my wish is moot anyway
It could revitalize that part of Neza as a project that includes a metroplex cinema and a couple of department stores (its an investment pues)
That's what I was thinkin. They'll lease the cine part of the building and the other sections to some dept stores and that along with the tax revenue that it'll generate should pay off the project rather soon with interest. After all it's not like the gov't spent £8.6bn which is the estimated cost of the WC.
Right, but still when you read about these kind of developments normally its private companies brought in to foot the bill with the govt coming in with a % too...not paying for the whole damn thing, im talking about the stadium, I imagine the privates will pay the cinema and surrounding development, but still the stadium itself is expensive if the govt is paying it all alone...but oh well what do I really know

^ Hell Yeah. Can't wait to go to that stadium next time I visit la gente de mi esposa in NL. It is +4 hour drive from me but it's the closest pro team to me excluding Houston (+3 hours drive).
