He started training with the team yesterday or on Tuesday. De Rossi back in squad for cagliari: I hope that Stekelenburg gets his chance.It´s shame that he must rotten on the bench i find it unfair. His physical parameters are better than Goico and we bought him as our first goalie and now he must feel him like fool. 6,3 millions for stekelenburg and now we are able to axe him for free or for 1-2 millions. ohh, this is our joke mercato!
I have to say that I find it unfair that people are complaining about Stekelenburg. Stekelenburg started out the season as Roma's keeper. He played every game, including after he made point causing errors. Then he went out injured and Goico started playing. With Goico Roma went on a nice little winning streak. I don't think Zeman was unfair to Stek. He missed the bulk of games due to injury and in the process he went and publically complained about it. He was even set to start a game and then himself opted out because of some stomach virus. This applies for De Rossi as well. The majority of matches De Rossi missed this season are due to either injury or his suspension. Zeman sat him out maybe once or twice.
the pressure will be on zeman ddr and stek this match to prove their worth both as manager and players worth of first team apps. although i doubt stek will start, he might.be jetlag lol
