I wouldn't go that far, he's had a couple decent games but he's yet to be anywhere near as influential as VDV. It's not ideal losing one of your best players but we have alright depth on the wings, it's CM that's he problem. Actually it might be an opportunity to give Falque a run of games who has been quality every time he's played for Spurs but finds it hard getting in over Bale and Lennon. I personally don't think it's on because Pjanic wants to stay. So it's sort of pointless talking about it, when there were rumors of his agent shopping him it seemed possible but not now. More likely we'll target someone like Eriksen, Maher, Clasie, etc. Maybe even take another look at Hernanes who has been a favorite of Levy for awhile.
