No, no football is aired on public TV in Italy. Only on pay channels. Played on Monday just to spread it out, plus the Olimpico was used for Rugby yesterday.

I'm going to come out and say that Balzaretti has been incredibly disappointing and the only reason people haven't acknowledged it is because Totti makes him look good. Crosses go nowhere, often out of breath, and often out of place. He'a no Piris, but he's hardly been a hit.

This is our chance. Udinese, Napoli, Milan, Lazio, Juve, Inter all dropped points.

I dont rate Balzaretti in high either, but i think his position in particular been very poor in serie a last few years. hence why he got overrated.

The only thing that really annoys me about Balzaretti is that his final delivery is quite woeful. Has he even assisted one goal yet? Piris on the other hand has a much more assured delivery.

As much as Totti helps Balzaretti, Balzaretti adds so much to Totti's game. Balzaretti's non-stop energy down the left means we do not lose any natural width on the left as Totti's nature means he will always want to cut inside and Balzaretti is always an out-ball for Tatti to play to, or even to use as a decoy to create space for himself.

He does seem to be the one who most often is caught considerably deeper than everyone else when we try to play the offside-trap. But when you compare him to what we had last season in Jose Angel it makes me smile. Jose Angel played as though there was some glass wall in the opposition's third of the pitch.

I wonder what we will do with Angel. No one wants him and Roma still have him on our payroll until 2016.

We are not going to win this match if it rains as simple as that. And the weather forecasting so.

We have had the worse luck ever since these new owners came. Whenever an opportunity arises for something to go awfully wrong it seems to happen. In this delicate moment I would prefer to have Marquinhos there. So now Marquinhos is injured, and Burdisso is suspended. If the match goes wrong people won't remember that and there will be those that criticize Zeman for playing this kid.

Making excuses from now for Zeman? Seeing the situation in our defence, one would think Zeman would go for more conserative tactic today to cover the weakness of Romagnoli

I am not sure if I am happy or not. happy that marcos will play and happy if Romnalogi make his debut. however i think his debut is not the right time.

Romagnoli should make his debut somewhere late in a game just like Marcos did.

BTW if Marcos plays today then an option to buy him at 3 million should come into effect.

RAI shows international matches, possibly the Coppa Italia too. However there is no Serie A or even Serie B on any free channels in Italy. The only thing you can see is these awful shows with a couple of morons sitting in a studio commenting the game as it goes on. They aren't even able to show replays so they describe goals and situations. Some have chalkboards with pieces they move around to explain situations. It's beyond pitiful.

For a long time I've been of the opinion that they should put one Serie A game a week on free TV, but it will never ever happen.

So I would save your money, RAI is beyond useless.
