I don't even know why i bother, either a 4-3 win or 4-3 loss perhaps?

Send Zeman for some coaching tips from Alex Ferguson and then come n teach Roma. Our bad luck is we haven't had any world class coach here for the past decade. This has really been a roller coaster ride for Roma fans.Let's see if we can thrive or thrash in Parma.Forza Roma

The only way to win this is to give them a two goal head start ;)

could be any scoreline, we could get hammered but we could also win with ease.

my opinion is a 3-2 win with Destro scoring the winner

Destro wouldn't score in a brothel.Personally I'd like to see Nico get a chance but I know it's not going to happen anytime soon.

on the Nico point, I feel the same he seems to have ability but isn't being shown any faith

I feel Destro will come good, once he has one goal he'll start to score regularly

Florenzi is having problems with his knee. He abandoned training this morning and had to put ice on his knee.

In the training match Zeman tried a midfield of Florenzi, Bradley, and De Rossi. So De Rossi will not likely get to play regista even tomorrow.

Probably win, just because we often win against Parma. Typical Zeman football, 3 victories on the trot would have been too much to ask for.

Zeman's press conference pre-Parma. Interesting bits are underlined and in red:

    - I'm surprised, you guys are here and know that De Rossi has played for here for 10 years. To me it seems like Pizarro was always the regista.

    - De Rossi has played intermedio for 8 years I don't see why he can't do it now.

    - De Rossi has played regista on a few occassions mostly in emergency cases. But for you guys even Pjanic can play regista and he's never done it in his life.

    - We have a defensive problem. We have four defenders who don't operate as a unit but this is because they are all new.

    - Armero spit on Tachtsidis, then on Sky you showed footage from another spit that came later when he spit on the ground. However he did spit on Tachtsidis, I saw it as I was half a meter away.

This seems like the probable formation tonight:
    Stekelenburg
    Piris - Marquinhos - Castan - Dodo
De Rossi - Bradley - Florenzi
    Lamela - Osvaldo - Totti
There is some talk of Totti being rested. The weather is not good, it will likely be raining during the game. If Totti is rested I would like to see Pjanic there but I suspect Destro will be given space.

I was thinking exactly the same thing. I think Pjanic could do the job there. Like i've said on other threads i really like Pjanic and hope we find a solid position for him so he can stay, everytime i see him on the bench it's such a wasted talent. Then again, it's difficult to incorporate him into to Zeman's midfield. Come on Zeman, give it a shot! Worst case scenario it doesn't work and we replace him with Destro

I fear we are destined to lose Pjanic. For me he's always been a trequartista. I feel Luis Enrique played him out of his element last season. I don't think he really did that well either but others were easier to criticize so it went unnoticed. Now a season later many have come to expect him in the midfield and struggle to understand his exclusion by Zeman.

^^^ I think this is our best line up
I'd take Bradley and Florenzi over Taksidis and Pjanic anyday

Am gonna miss this game unfortunately. Pity as I was interested to see how the team is going to react and what Zeman's football is like in the rain

I have a feeling that we're going to see the usual tonight. 60 mins played on an unplayable pitch then the game will be canceled.

What kills me about the rain is it's a crap shoot. One slip and you have a goal that shouldn't happen and with our luck...
