Who edits the match highlights? I want to send a "well done" to him/her. I can't tell you how impressed I was that they included the entire posession before the goal. In the past we usually got just a few seconds before the goal. We should find out who to thank and encourage more of the same.
I like how they included more of the buildup to each good opportunity, but it came at the expense of not showing some of the good opportunities. There was no highlight of Paulo's shot that Caveman Saunders saved and then Velasquez shanked the rebound. If you knew nothing about the game than what was showed on the highlights, you would have thought LA dominated. I have a problem with that.
I got the same feeling while watching the highlights. Had I not watched the game I would have thought that LA possessed the ball and were pressing the entire match. Not the case at all of course. I did enjoy the last little bit after they showed Javi's goal. Brought back memories of when he scored late v LA at the RioT and whipped his shirt around above his head. That was a good day.
I have to agree - when I do my own rewinding I like to see the buildup from the last stoppage of play, see how if/how the defense lost its shape etc, see what key plays or tackles or off-the-ball runs contributed to the buildup.
