Netherlands have proven to be too strong after beating the Danes and the Japanese, so I see them finishing off on a high note here, and beating Cameroon 2-0 finishing on 9 points advancing to the Round of 16 with relative ease

It's too bad this potentially exciting matchup is almost a worthless game (the only one in round 3 of the group stage). Cameroon eliminated and Netherlands with a +3 GD over 2nd place (and with group F all up for grabs, can't predict 2nd round opponents).

Traditionally Netherlands don't let up just because they're ahead already... look at Euro 2006....
Coach may make some minor adjustments concerning yellow cards and such, but I do expect to see a strong Netherlands side

I must say Im excited for this game

I'm considering betting a little money on Netherlands given their track record & general thoughts on the team & also of the state of the cameroon team..

I mean going by last night USA vs Algeria, USA was tipped to easily defeat Algeria but failed to capitalize on the many opportunities.

But in my opinion the gap between Netherlands & Cameroon right now right here is much wider than USA / Algeria was..

    What do you guys think??

Scientifically speaking, the existence of "talent" is not proven. OTC, it has been disproven in a research at a conservatorium.

Now, I'm not saying that this research is the final word on the matter... But it's something to think about.

Maybe what we perceive to be talent is merely a matter of strong preference. Can't tell you where this preference would be coming from :D

Up to 15 years ago nearly everybody played football in the streets here as well. Also, together with ze Germans we (=NL) have the highest ratio of (amateur) football players in the world.

So I guess it would really depend on who you'd pick. No such thing as an average European or an average African.

I joined this discussion kind of late :D

I expect us to record a comfortable win. However... There is really nothing to base this assumption on but faith.
