very even game so far, Ghana with the better chances, but a very tactical game.

Ghana hasn't had a single chance. They have been amrked every single play. What the hell are you talking about? The only goal threat so far was Ozil's choke 1 on 1 with the GK.

Germany started the match slightly better than Ghana, but eventually Ghana became equally dangerous if not more so. The best chance for Germany was a one on one situation that Ozil missed. Ghana had a header cleared off the goal line by the Germans. Both teams had several other near chances.

Its not a bad game, but the Germans have not been as crisp in delivering the last balls and passes and have generally lost the ball more than I would expect them to. Upfront Ghana look dangerous, but their defense has not been necessarily stellar even if the German attack has yet to find its rhythm. I personally feel Germany misses Klose and I have not been too impressed with Cacau.

So Ghana didn't have a header cleared off the line by ( was it Lahms arm, I think it was )

Oh you are right. I forgot that header. So far, both have had a close chance, but Ozil really should have put that ball away. Pick a side of the goal and shoot, man.

I don't know if it's just nerves or what but most of them seem tentative, other than Fredrich.

The 2 German CB's have done well, because Ghana has had 2 or 3 very good chances in the German box that were dealt with by very quick german interventions, if they had been any slower or Ghana quicker to pull the trigger, Germany may very well be down 1 right now.

Right now, both are going through. If Germany scores another, Ghana is out, if Serbia scores, Ghana is out.

If Ghana scores one and Serbia scores one, Germany is out, if Ghana scores teo, Germany is out.

Doesn't matter now. Australia can't make it and Serbia would advance with a 2-2 draw.
