    as long as the US still has more goals scored than ENG, the US and Slovenia would go through, i believe.

    Depends on what the score is in the games. England has to score two more goals than the US to advance I believe.

    The only official word was that it is a coaching decision. I'm guess fitness and someone else mentioned pace against their strikers.

    If both teams draw, GD will be even.

    If both teams draw, it depends on the total goals scored.

    We go through if the scores are even or they score one more than we do.

    If they score three more than we do, England goes through.

    If they score two more than we do, lots are drawn between us and England.

    It then goes to goals scored. Right now US is +2 over England in goals scored, so England has to make up that difference in order to advance.
