Being subtle isn't particularly high on my list of priorities.
It's basically boiling the plant and using a liquid liquid extraction, multiple times, with fine filtering until all the yucky plant material is gone. You end up with ordinary looking clarified butter*
*with a kick!
I miss not having a basement though we would probably do a wine cellar before we did a grow room if we had one. With the tiniest bit of know how it would be super easy to build a clone and grow box. Prior to moving to Austin I had grown for several years and miss it not so much for financial purposes but the sense of satisfaction from getting your nutrients dialed in and then watching the whole process in action. The impact on your electric bill from a single 400w bulb is negligible and wouldn't raise any eye brows either. If you decide to go forward please PM and I can get in to more detail.
Did you have any roaches?
I suspect there was an infestation of roaches.
King County Drops 175 Marijuana Cases Now That It's Legal
Somewhat off-topic, but in Colorado the Democrats took both the House & Senate at the local level so we will be seeing gay marriage legalized at some point in 2013. It had the necessary votes to pass earlier this year but the Republican in charge (who has a gay son) wouldn't allow the measure to come to a vote.
If you make it right the flavor is barely noticable in your baked goods.
Dude probably thought he was going to get out of paying for a wedding.
It's the process of making the butter that grosses me out, not the ultimate flavor.
I know that I'll do a vodka tincture thingy, though.
It does stink up the house, I'll say that much.
15 g - would that be the metric system?
Check out the big brain on Brett! You're a smart ************************. That's right. The metric system.
Well played, sir. Well played.
So does Samuel L. Jackson.
Edit: so does Samuel L. Jackson say that. If Samuel L. Jackson stinks up houses, I'm not going to call him on it.
So you bust my balls over the one commodity that is actually regularly measured in pounds and ounces (or parts thereof) here?
Sweet! Clark County (where I live) prosecutor will dismiss all misdemeanor pot possession cases for offenses that will be legal under new law.
Holy shit, I can smoke weed on my front porch now. (Although I won't because of all the rugrats in the 'hood.)
Well.. it seems that America becomes more like Europe. Enjoy the more in freedom.
This thread needs a theme song.
A friend of mine in Denver is really hoping that happens here. He & his fiancee were caught smoking a joint. It's only a ticket but it'll be on his record unless the state/county drops the case.
And that's why I stay inside or on my back porch!
So does the Vodka infusion work? Because the other methods don't appeal to me. And I live in Colorado, (and we are now required to ingest weed).
Ask again in a week. I started one tonight but I'm not sure of the proportions - I might have too much vodka for the amount of weed I was willing to sacrifice for the experiment.
Which reminds me, yesterday on Fresh Air Terry Gross interviewed a reporter who did an in-depth study of Colorado's medical marijuana industry. I only heard part of it but the part I heard was fascinating. He referred to these extremely devoted employes working at a large grow operations as "the Keebler elves of cannabis." You can listen here.
Nope. They thought about it, but the new gov't ditched that idea. Cities in NL can choose to ban foreigners if they want. But Amsterdam would never opt for that.
Also there are many big population centers just outside the Netherlands. Not much within 100 miles of the Colorado border, so the demographics are quite different. Residents of Portland are pretty much the only ones you are close enough where it would be worth the effort.
fuck are they going to need testers?
