My buddy sent me a text a little while ago that Fergie's favorite 12th man is playing.

    Un-freakin'-believable.

Hmm ... Howard Webb hasn't been the worst this season, although that's not saying much during a season in which the standards have been as abysmal as the defending in the Premier League.

The thing with Howard Webb is that when he isn't reffing a Yanited game, he's hands down the best ref in England, and I truly believe that. I love when he refs when we aren't playing them. The moment you throw him into a Yanited game though he just isn't the same, and I think the spotlight gets the best of him. His impartiality is so easily challenged by the fans because of some of the ridiculous calls he makes in Yanited games and the very suspicious record they have in games he's in charge.

In his (very poor, and still rather inexcusable) defence, this is case for most refs. But it's still a royal piss off.

Suarez can expect to receive no calls. Not that he would in Old Trafford anyways, but now he'll get absolutely nothing. Keep a cool head son.

Waiting for BillyIreland to come in and defend United. He will probably state the penalties which Webb has failed to give United and the cards he failed to show the opposition:whistling:
Lets beat em fair and square. Webb or not be on top of our game and that is what matters.

Come on man. We've all been over this, he isn't a troll. If anything you're trolling by trying to call him over and start a pointless argument in the thread that none of us want any part of but will have to endure. I think I speak for everyone else when I say I want this thread to remain a pro-Liverpool game thread, not a 5 page fight between a Yanited fan and a select few who see a point in arguing.

As for the match, I'm going to predict a 2-2

    just for fun:

    Van Persie 8'
    Sturridge 27'
    Hernandez 76'
    Suarez 88'

stupid ego's on the Shannahan's as well as some blame to RG3 for the overly warrior/fighter mentality as well. Time to visit Adrian Peterson's doctor.

If this happens no doubt they'll score both their goals in the last 15'.

And Jon Champion to call the match!

Well, if JOe KolE can score against Scum, then we should light up their defense. Why'd we sell/pay him off again?

Question may come down to who's defense hold's up better. Normally, I'd say ours but with our defending lately, it's really a toss up. Gerrard needs to bring it too like he did against Sunderland.

    Onwards into the abyss.

I apologize if you were using some sort of sarcasm or simply making a joke, but the emoticon definitely did not clarify anything.

I hate watching us against them. I hate it. My stomach is in knots, I am pissed off the whole match and for hours afterwards, I yell and scream for no good reason. If I try to hold it in, the knots in my stomach get worse.

A 1-nil for us with an own goal by Ryan Giggs in the 98th minute would be my preference. But that's only cos Rooney is injured.

I feel the exact same way. It's one of the few fixtures a year that I actually cringe and have anxiety before/during/after.

I feel exactly the same way. It sickens me to watch Yanited play. It says a lot about how I feel about this rivalry that even though the last five League/Cup results have been split 2-2-1, it still feels like we lost most of those games.

Galatasaray is paying £8M and, more importantly (foolishly?), meeting his insane wage demands.
