    Hey y'all!

FINALLY planning to make the trip to come down to see the Battery. We are shooting for the April 30th match against Pittsburgh. A quick trip to COAST Brewing prior to the match may be in order.

I am looking forward to [again, finally] meet y'all.

    Dan,

It will be nice to meet you face to face. Should be a good match as Pittsburgh is ocached by an old Battery fan favorite, Justin Evans.

You might want to put the new breweries on your list as well. Westbrook Brewing (not far from the stadium, the opposite way from Coast) And Holy City Brewery.

Loving the Westbrook IPA right now. I am excited and curious about Holy City. Are they up and running now?

A good German Pilsner, alone, would make it worth checking out. I'd like to set up a side trip to one of these places earlier in the day. We shall see.

You're not kidding. One of my favorite places in Charleston. Small, but JAM packed with amazing beer. It is great to see the breweries popping up of late, too.

This place was recommended to me but we never made it down.

I really liked New South: Nut Brown, which I had on tap at the Folly Shrimp Co (which I would also recommend). The guy told me it was made by (for?) T-Bonz.

New South is fine, but if you want Charleston beer, it must be COAST or Holy City.

Great place. Around the corner from the best beer bar in the area - Barley's Taproom. Not far from my house, sadly.

Yeah man, I am all over Holy City. I cannot wait to see their stuff.

That would be cool. I am working out some details now. There is one HUGE [positive] variable that could throw a monkey wrench into it, but... Stay tuned.
