I really wish/hope they would come up with a way to reward those STH's that travel to away games. To me that is better then just watching it on TV, even if it takes time away from other pressing things.
talked to my rep last Friday. he said fan services would contact me Monday to fix everything. Its now 10 days later and no contact from fan services and the points aren't right. Havent earned points since the opener. this franchise is making it harder and harder to enjoy things
It would be interesting to see how many season ticket holders actually have been able to use their points for monetary value (ie seat upgrade, shop discount) vs emotional value (meet the team, open practice)? I stopped really caring about points after I realized that the latter was always achievable with the points rather the other way around
Been riding my club seats for midfield price for 3 seasons now. For my 2 tickets I basically get a $1200 discount. Plus I don't turn my face into a damn lobster at these afternoon kickoffs, I'd say its worth the effort.
Only thing I'm interested in is the open practice. I collect memorabilia (attempting to get at least one autograph from every player to play for team... caught up thru end of last season) so that's a great chance for me to catch up on union guys that I need.
Your season ticket rep. Mine is Greg Imming, gimming@philadelphiaunion.com reach out to him if you don't know who your rep is and I'm sure he can point you in the right direction.
I used my points so my son could be a "player escort" (hate that name BTW; it sounds like you wouldn't be able to sit down for a week thereafter) for a game last season. He loved the experience. Also, I got to ask Hack three questions at the Open Practice because I was in the front row and nobody else was asking any questions.
Anyone who was having trouble with their points get their issue resolved? I've emailed Fan Services but haven't received a response. (I'm don't believe I have a ticket rep. At least I'm not aware of having one.) I haven't earned points for attendance since the home opener despite not missing a game. I especially enjoy the games I "didn't attend" but still earned points for buying beers with Union Dollars at.
I emailed my rep last night and told him how fed up I was with the whole deal and he forwarded my email to Mark Evans, the director of fan services. He said "optimistically in a week it will be fixed." Also, Seattle and Portland transitioned to the same system as us, and theirs doesn't work either.
I received a voicemail from someone last week. I'm guessing it was just the "check in" call STHs seem to have been getting. But I'm hoping to get back to him and inquire about my three games missing points.
I got it to work. You've really got to let the page fully load before you try and submit the code. I don't think it loads all the necessary scripts quickly enough, and it is possible to enter the code and hit submit, BEFORE the page is really ready to accept it.
Any chance that the team will actually hold the "Open Practice in Early June" as promised to STHs? If so, what are the odds that Hack has a Q&A session with fans like last season?
