I'll be in Houston for the match on Saturday, & I'm looking to get a scarf from each supporters group in Houston. I'm looking to trade one Cactus Pricks scarf for each scarf. Message me if interested. Thanks.

Good luck. I can tell you with 100% certainty no El Batallon or Brickwall member will trade with you. Your best chance is Texian Army or La Bateria, but even then it'll be difficult as hell. I am going to tell you that even getting close to an EB member on game day would not be the best of ideas.

From day 1, Texian Army members did not exchange gear with rival SG members. That changed when a few did with Rev supporters after specifically being asked not to. Going as far as to pose in for pictures with them with the combined scarves.
Not classy then and I would like to believe there are still members today that wouldn't appreciate similar affection and grace towards dudes from other cities that just days earlier leading up to the match here in town, behind closed doors were probably cussing our players n our colors.
To make no mention of how traded gear gets treated once it leaves your hands. Folks could be sincere in wanting to collect a league wide set for their man cave. Others, and being cynical for once in my life, others hang what they won up side down out in their garage.
Simply put, exclusive pro soccer gear perhaps is best left untraded. Baseball cards are always good to go.

I know for a fact UnionFreak is a cool, legit dude, but nobody that isn't a member of EB or a player should ever get one of our scarves. If Texian Army wants to hand them out like candy that's cool, but when you get an EB scarf it means something. If you see somebody rocking it, you know that person is legit. Not just some asshole.

Try to not say comments that can be interpreted in the wrong way, and we can all be at peace.

They probably do. Go retro and get an older one. The peeps will think you're all that and a bag of chips. :D

You're a decent dude, and I guess the only thing that kinda got this weird was that threat of you selling your tickets if anything that didn't fit your code of ethics occurred. Hahaha

I have no idea. Somebody was literally at Goodwill and sent that pic. It wasn't planned or anything. It was just a chance occurrence. Well they did take them off the rack to pose them, but other than that..they were on the rack.

I was able to trade with a Texian Army member for a scarf, and if I wanted to, I could have tailgated with them as well, but, an El Batallon member showed me around the city and offered me a place to crash for future visits. The politics of supporter groups is worse than the politics of the US government. I really can't believe how much 'hatred' there is between the groups.

Actually not surprised one bit that someone in that lot recently, the shirts say 2010, took their gear to freakin' Goodwill.
I don't know if i should laugh or cry. That saying gets used alot but here is when it is needed big time.

Just realized I wrote an EB member showed me around the city. That's false. It was a TA. Need to proofread my shit before posting.
