Hi. I was j/w what brand you guys thoughts lasted the longest when it came to indoor soccer shoes. I am currently using a pair of Adidas, for almost a year but the front is already starting to rip: this was my first purchasing Adidas indoors. Prior to that, I had had a pair of Nikes that lasted very long: I'd venture to say for about 3-4 years. So I might go Nike again but still wanted to know what some of you thought. Thanks in advance for any input.
I had some Adidas Samba's AC MILAN that lasted about 4 years. Although I didn't use them for soccer, I used them every day for walking. Usually shoes last me about 6 months for that...Maybe give Samba's a try?
Heard of Calle? traditionally built for street soccer. Pretty thick sole shoes and pretty heavy shoes too be honest. I've used them for indoors with no issues. Definitely the most durable shoes I've had
I have the Calle Rilo and they started to fall apart on me. I haven't even used them for indoor yet. I was actually quite upset by it.
I have the Calle Rio's also and felt they weren't that comfy. I have some Adidas Salas that I've had FOREVER. But I do not play indoor as much as you probably would.
I would add that I also tend to play pickup games on parking lots (cement) but I remember these Nikes that I had which I used to play with indoor (gyms) and on cement lasted forever. But I will definitely check out the Calles.
I've been using the Favela, they been awesome for me. Needed to get one half a size down then my usual size though. I've also used the Nike T-7 on cement for a few carpark games, and they've held up good too.
I had some nike tiempos ic for about two years and I am still using them. I use them in concrete and the out sole are still ok. I you use them in a wooden floor they'll probably last longer. My friend had some t90 ic for about 7 years he got rid of them because the outsole had no grip and it was to thin. but no holes or separation.
ditto. not sure on the exact model name but i just remember the ones I have were made for futsal (or at least advertised that way). they've got a weird rubber/synthetic area all along the shoe. hard to describe. but i've had them a bit and they've held up nicely.
I'm wearing the Nike Gato, they fit well and everything, but the grip isn't the best on a tile floor.
Maybe we should clarify the type of material we were using. I had Nike Tiempo flats I bought for $20 out of a bin a few years ago. They played quite nicely, they just fell apart in 2 seasons,
Nike Tiempo Mystic TF. Had them for 4 seasons now. Usually 1 turf game plus 2 indoor games a week during the winter months in Canada. Also brought them over to China when I was an exchange student for 2 months. Ran, played soccer and walked the Great Wall with them. Except for a gapping hole in the suede toe cap which I glued back together, the pair is still going strong.
