i wasn't able to watch but when I saw the squad I figured at best 0-0 no chance for a win. Looks like they didn't disappoint.

That said I'm still laughing at the Russian commentators on Suarez's home ru.....wonder goal.

I know Dempsey is kind of a hot button topic around here and I've generally been against getting him, but has anyone on this team had a more productive season than him? Is there anyone other than Suarez who offers more quality than him? Can anyone provide an answer other than "no" and not be delusional?

I know that was Fulham's almost best XI vs our rejects, but besides Skrtl, every Fulham had a better player at almost every position than we did.

And yet they could only win 1-0 thanks to us scoring for them. Maybe Fulham have bigger problems than us ;)

KOP THAT: CRISIS FULHAM UNABLE TO SCORE AT ANFIELD

    Just imagining the headlines...

"Fulham's terrible league form continued after their 4-0 loss to Everton, as they failed to score past a woeful Liverpool that had already gifted them a goal out of good sport..."

I know you're kinda joking, but that own goal came out of an incisive play that we seem incapable of making.

Oh, and can we have Ian Darke remind us one more time that Alex Kacaniklic was a makeweight in the transfer that brought us Konchesky?

Am I the only one who doesn't see anything of value in Shelvey?

Maybe not his finest game last night but he had our most clear cut chance of the night which was stopped on the line and his pass to Kuyt on the right was fantastic. In his previous 2 starts, Blackburn and Norwich, he played a lot better though.

Personally I don't understand the praise Carroll is getting. Sure he worked his ass off but one shot on target from seven and his constant poor lay offs stilted an already disappointing attack.

Usually love Jay but thought he wasawful in the first half and only slightly better in the 2nd. Kuyt looked like a player who was aware that he's not starting on Saturday.

Left out Lucas as he's out until next year but he's no squaddie for sure. Johnson's hit and miss to me, and Enrique's a squaddie on a stronger side.

Even as bad as we played, and it was woeful. Fulham hardly showed anything after the 20th minute. We did most of the attacking again but nobody on the pitch knew how to put the bloody ball in the net.
Carroll still hasn't learnt to take postition on a defender and still fall over if someone leans on him.
I think Coates will come good he looks pretty cool and unruffled out there, Dempsey had him once, Lucky the one person who had a great game was the keeper.
The back 4 were OK once they got used to each other they didn't do too badly. Skrtl was trying to cover everything.
Shelvey and Spearing just plain don't have the class we need in the team.
Surely we could have cobbled a better team together than that.
Had to rep fussballers post and I guess if we do manage to, How do I say this. Win at Wembley, it'll be mission accomplished, season over.
